Brasserie de la Paix Troyes

This is a typical French brasserie - good food and service. And, being in the Champagne region, it has to be accompanied by a glass of Champagne.

The kitchen of the peace brewery was generous and served at good temperature. Quick and courteous service. What a pleasure to find this kind of independent restaurant, away from the sanitized atmosphere and the vacuum or frozen kitchen of the infamous food chains. the charm of a restaurant of the last century. Don't change anything!

I knew this table 15 years ago,a this epoque c was really exellent .... we went back and what deception. mediocre service ... the map, I had chosen 2 dishes ... but there were no more .... from then I flew on other things that didn't plug me ... and it wasn't terrible .. the Companion , patattes to the beurr were brulee and unmangeable and to finish I still wait the towels really I recommend

This brewery that the premises call the table of the market is well located in the city center right next to the market, the establishment had been told us by troyennes. and we were not disappointed by the contents of our plates (bottles and molds). On the other hand, we waited a lot to be served, premises were served before us. this said, while we were going to ask for the note, we had the good surprise that we were offered a second service of mussels (maybe the waitress felt our impatience!). I was also surprised to see that the dogs are now allowed in the restaurant rooms ..... ok they were not very big ... but when leonbergs, saint bernard and others within our plates!!!

We found this bistro in his classic building when we made our first visit to troyes - a beautiful city. The little garden behind us liked it, and the lunch menu was singling. prices were neither cheap nor very expensive. as the salads were well prepared, and we chose a bowl with shallots and a snack as dishes. the meats were good, but both came with the bearese sauce - there were no echalottes. When we tried to deal with this problem, the slightest will shown on the part of the older waitress made a great contrast to the good disposition of his colleague, a somewhat younger woman. It seemed to us that the major lady had shaved the bowl that we were there after two hours in the afternoon. She doesn't interfere with our satisfaction. It was a shame.
