The location is very convenient, surrounded by plenty of both local and chain restaurants for travelers to explore. The front desk staff were exceptional—professional, helpful, and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, as we booked a king. However, the service at the restaurant was frustratingly slow. I ended up giving up on our waiter and went to the bar to order drinks instead, but the bartenders were also quite slow. After waiting 45 minutes for a burger and turkey wrap, we had to ask our waiter to check on our order. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly; I just wish I could have enjoyed it more since we had an event to attend. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, although the entire place could use some updating. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we'll definitely be returning!

The room was simply inexcusable. There was hair all over the bathroom and some on the bed, with rust spread throughout. The walls were incredibly thin—I could literally hear the people in the next room using the restroom. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The restaurant staff was excellent, which was probably the only positive aspect; however, the front desk staff was completely unhelpful. I watched them turn away a couple who had a reservation without even trying to assist them. The hotel is also very outdated—the TV randomly shut off twice in just half an hour, and the safe didn’t work at all.

Additionally, the beds are unreasonably high, and the TV operates very slowly, which seems to be a connectivity issue. While it’s a smart TV, it certainly isn't a fast one. Given the price, you can find much better accommodations elsewhere. I would suggest staying at a motel instead, as you would receive similar service at a more reasonable price. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I 'm sure! n nShoreline has been amazing to my boys! My sons love their private lessons. Always excited for their next lesson. The staff are very friendly and professional and the environment is clean and calm.

I wrote another review about their restaurant which is not good. The hotel is equally as bad. Dirty rooms. Torn bath mats. Empty shampoo and shower gel containers. If you do a door dash, the front desk will not help you with plastic utensils or plates. In fact, they are rude about it. If you are a Marriott brand loyal the Springhill Suites in Milford is a better choice or the Courtyard in Shelton.
