Starbucks - Trussville

I ordered a hot caramel Macchiato in error. I wanted to order an ice cream drink. You fixed my order without any problems. Although they mix my sister order and delayed the pick-up time.

Their pink drink tastes like one of dem strawberry ? shortcake Popsicles I use to get in school ? ? ????

The atmosphere is pleasant. I usually go to get drinks because it's the nearest Starbucks. Majority of the time my drinks are not made properly. My drinks seemed thrown together and tasted horrible. I understand they get busy, but you still should take the time to make things right to please your customer. I used to go almost everyday, but now I just save the money. Why spend $7 or more on a drink that's going to taste horrible that I won't enjoy.

Longest drive thru ever. Just go inside and order from the counter. It?s the only one for miles though, so not the stores fault! Pretty solid service though and have never had a bad drink.

Always a great hot, quad, venti, white mocha, stirred! May have to wait in drive thru a bit but drinks and service worth it! Can?t afford to get but maybe once a month because the cost continues to go up. Not a local issue but more a Corporate issue.
