Taco Bell - Trussville

I can't even begin to describe how much I love this place! For a few weeks, I found myself ordering from here almost every day. The staff is friendly and they do a great job. Occasionally, there are some mix-ups with the sauce or the meat in certain dishes, but that doesn’t really bother me much. I was a bit disappointed when I ordered the candy watermelon drink, only to receive the original version or something similar instead, but it's not a huge issue. I plan to visit a few more times and I’ll definitely go more often once they open their new location. Honestly, at this rate, I feel like I might be single-handedly keeping this place in business! (hahaha)

Tonight, while heading home from a wrestling tournament around 9:00 PM, we decided to stop by Taco Bell. The staff member who took our order, we believe his name was Ashton, provided outstanding service! He was incredibly polite and helpful, even offering to bring our food to the table and help clean up afterward. He also filled our drinks without us having to ask. Overall, this was the best experience we've ever had at a Taco Bell. We wish we lived closer, as we would definitely return! I really hope his manager recognizes what a fantastic employee he is; they are fortunate to have him on their team!

Wow! Since my last review of this place, both the service and the food have improved significantly. The manager I encountered this time was different from my last visit. Peter, one of the staff members, was busy tidying up the napkins when I approached to request a takeout bag. He kindly asked if I needed assistance, promptly fetched the takeout bags, and helped me pack my food. Overall, I have to give them credit for this visit!
