At $68 no 10% service charge for weekday lunch set that's a great deal which includes a main of either rice or noodles and 3 choices of appetizers and a soup; all Fujianese style which is quite different than Cantonese style. Only thing I don't like is the switched the promised soup or the day when they ran out to a house soup which was still good but they should at least inform ahead of change. $39 100 seconds stewed yellow croaker was also good value. Service was spotty as there were a mix up in the order where they gave rice noodles instead of the mixed rice.

We passed by a restaurant putien, a Chinese style food, it looks spacious which is good for our dinner time. Mum Was caught by the red mushroom card on the table. Noticed that it well known in China, thus we ordered it without hesitation. The food and soup is high recommended which is really out of expectation. Soup is sooo sweet and no chicken powder at all , haha.

Nice Fukien food. Consistency in food quality. The stir fry vermicelli is particularly good. Not clumpy at all but you won’t find it oily either. The pork hock is not oily either.

It's a good quality restaurant in a convenient location. Non meat eaters should take care to indicate their dietary needs.
