We were in the Yamagata Prefecture for just a few days and wanted to experience the great dood that the prefecture has to offer. This restaurant, which is supplied only on local foods from sashimi, to Imoni, to Mackerel, and even rice and soba (but it does not serve beef). The vegetable tempura from seasonal vegetables was great. Everything was fantastic and well balanced. My son said the restaurant was joining our trip.
