Make the extra effort to visit this pizza place, it's worth it! Despite one unfriendly staff member, the overall service and pizza quality deserve 5 stars. I had a special request that other Pizza Hut locations denied, but this location took the time to help me and was kind throughout the entire phone call. By asking for a little extra help, you can truly see the true nature of a restaurant. If they go above and beyond to assist you and remain polite, you can trust that they are genuine.

I have never had a positive experience at any other pizza place or restaurant that was worth leaving a review until now. Today, that changed thanks to an employee named Jeff. He was extremely pleasant and I will definitely be returning to this store more often. Why waste time at other places that don't care like Jeff does? Thank you again, Jeff, for the great experience.

Pizza Hut in Tualatin is a great place to grab some pizza. We went in to order takeout and had a pleasant experience. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, and they had some great deals. We opted for the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each. The restaurant was also very clean. The only downside was the wait - our pizzas took about 20 minutes to be ready, but that's likely just part of the process. Overall, it was a good experience!

You may have to travel a little further than usual to try the pizza from this restaurant, but it's worth it! While the person who brought out my pizza wasn't very friendly, I can't give them six stars. However, the rest of the staff and the quality of the pizza definitely deserve five stars. I asked a unique question that other pizza places had refused, but they took the time to accommodate me and were very courteous during the phone call. By going above and beyond for their customers and always being polite, this restaurant truly shows their commitment to quality.
