What a hidden gem! A cozy cafe with a beautiful atmosphere. My family and I were pleasantly surprised to find this modern, veggie/organic coffee spot while passing through Tuam. I enjoyed a delicious mushroom and sweet potato soup with sourdough and hummus, while my family ordered various salads and sandwiches. I found out that their soup of the day is usually vegan. They offer hummus as a substitute for butter (which was homemade and tasty) and many salads and other dishes can be made vegan upon request. They have dairy-free milk and their smoothies can be made vegan as well. They even offered a vegan-friendly dessert option! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
