Mcdonald's - Tucker

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in GA so far. I very rarely even eat McDonald's, but it was close by, so I stopped to get a double fish filet with no cheese, that's it. After sitting in line for 13 minutes, I was asked to pull to the side. 20 minutes later my sandwich was brought to me and was not correct. Every car was being pulled to the side. Every parking space was filled with people waiting. I went inside and the rude cashier starting arguing with a customer that asked for extra bbq sauce, she then became combative with the next customer complaining about his order not being correct. I waited an additional 10-12 minutes for this same rude employee to address me, finally I said, I would just like a refund. The sandwich was wrong, the wait has been entirely too long and customer service doesn't exist here. I'll spend my money where it is appreciated. The Manager came up, overheard everything going on and didn't bother to address anything! The Management and overall service is PURE GARBAGE at this location. I should've learned a few months back...long wait, bad orders with a side of **** poor attitude! This location needs to host a hiring event and hire an entire new staff for 1st shift! I DEFINITELY will NEVER return.

I had McDonald’s breakfast this morning, my taste bud did the happy dance! I preordered my food through the mobile app. My food was hot, the staff were friendly, smiling and it was nice to see. Keep up the good work McDonald staff! Yall

It’s just a shame what they’ve done to the big Mac sandwich there’s nothing big about it. They shrunk the piece of meat down to less than a sausage patty. There was nothing but bread and sauce and a thin piece of. I don’t even know if that was hamburger. I’ve been eating McDonald’s food for three decades and this is just sad. This generation don’t know what a Big Mac used to look like or taste like, but I do.

I went through the drive-through. ? I received my food and it was good. Not much else to it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS ONE. It 's September 7, 2023 at 1:15 The lady running the front with long hair is SOOOOOOOOOOOO RUDE. She rolls her eyes when she saw me waiting to take.my order and the person before me asked for something and she threw it in the bag and then got ugly when the poor person asked for her coke. SHE REALLLLY MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR A BOTHER AND SHOULD NOT OF CAME IN. I get it that they get busy but you never make a customer feel the way she made us feel. I am a boss too and I would never allow this kind of behavior. PLEASE if you don 't let your job then move on. This was totally and completely unacceptable and I am calling the 1 800 line. Not to mention when a customer says THANK YOU DONT JUST WALK AWAY
