Subway - Tucker

I only gave this restaurant 3 stars because it was clean and the waitress was polite. I ordered a salad and was initially told it would be the price of a 6-inch sub plus $2. However, I was then informed that there would be an extra charge for sandwich cheese instead of shredded cheese in the salad. My receipt will show that I ended up paying almost $12 for my meal. To make matters worse, the waitress refused to give me a cup of ice. The breakdown of my bill included $5.29 for a 6-inch Turkey sub, $2.50 for a salad upgrade, $1.10 for a bag of chips, $1.20 for the cheese switch, $0.80 for dressing, $0.50 for a cup of ice, and then tax. I am left wondering why I was charged so much for my meal.

I do not recommend ordering online from this restaurant. The person who prepared my order was very stingy with the ingredients. I am a fan of Subway and have eaten at many locations, but this was the first time I was so disappointed with my sub. The sandwich was very disappointing compared to what I have experienced at other locations.

I visited this subway for the first time and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was inside! Ara assisted me and she was incredibly friendly, making me feel like we were old friends. The place was spotless and smelled amazing, and the sub I ordered was delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this location often.

Try listening to a customer before you assume you know what your talking about. Manager assumed she didn?t have my order. Instead of saying give my system a few minutes to refresh the manager argued me down only to call me back 2 minutes later that they received my order. No worries? I won?t be spending another dollar at this restaurant. Update: Thank you management! ???? I revisited this location and the service was a lot better. The manager working that day was patient with her employee she was training. I like that and she was very pleasant with other customers as well. I?m big on hospitality so definitely a great turn around for me? Good Job!!!

Took a bit of waiting to get my online order but all in all, it's Subway. Ask John Oliver it is what it is
