Cadillac Chaparral Steakhouse - Tucson

Food is very good. Drinks are very good. servers are very nice but a bit disorganized. So this made the service a little slow. Atmosphere is country, it's a big building but it feels comfortable. It's a steakhouse and its affordable. I'll definitely be back.

Kinda funky, rustic place out in the middle of nowhere. Recommend the Top Sirloin, New York, a burger, or the bacon and chicken salad. The onion rings are good too. The wait staff is good and on point.

A friend had recommended this spot. We read small pets were Welcome on the outdoor patio. When we arrived, I told waitress we were outside with our small dog. She brought drink food menus to the patio noted the winds. She suggested we come inside with our pet be comfortable. There was another man with his near-blind dog. She seated us then returned for our order. Great selection of beers btw. When our burger fries chicken strips w/fries arrived we quickly dug in. After my girlfriend's first bite of her burger, she exclaimed that this was the best burger she ever tasted. I appreciated the fact that this is a steakouse/bar, so the quality of their burger must mean an excellent steak. I asked for Frank's Hot Sauce for dipping my chicken fingers. Yum! Excellent thick cut fries bottled cerveza's. We will be back to try the steak!

Nice big ribeye, rack of beef ribs, baked potato, all excellent. The side salad was out promptly, was nice and cool, but was meh. Friendly old-school atmosphere, and our waitress was fun and very nice, which put back the half star I thought about deducting for the salad.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was absolutely worth the 45-minute drive. Jessica, our server, was outstanding and attentive to everything we needed. I will definitely return to this restaurant!
