Ceres Pasta+bread - Tucson

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is fantastic! Although I'm not a coffee drinker, I enjoy a good pasta and sandwich, and CERES does not disappoint in either category! Their caprese sandwich is outstanding, and you won't be let down by any of their pasta selections. It's a real gem in downtown, ideal for a quick lunch!

*Pasta not shown* This was my first visit, and I had the basil with egg noodles (I can’t recall the exact type of noodle). It was fantastic! There’s plenty of outdoor seating available, and parking on the street is easy with payment options. They also had a special ice cream flavor for St. Patrick’s Day: Baileys Irish Cream swirl with Shamrock Mint, plus the option to add Lucky Charms as a topping. It was delicious as well. The staff were extremely friendly, and the line was short, so the wait for food was quick.

This is an outstanding restaurant! The pesto was incredible, and I really enjoyed the fresh pasta as well; it's perfect for a quick dinner at home. I'm also eager to try the focaccia sandwich!

Definitely recommend if you're in the Tucson area. Had the special of the day vodka rigatoni with a gelato. Chocolate peanut butter swirl with heath bar.

Had an absolutely enchanting meal with my girlfriend here. The cacio e pepe was creamy and delicious, but the star of the show was the strawberry-basil gelato with a blueberry drizzle. Friendly staff, quaint atmosphere, delicious food; overall, an incredibly pleasant experience.Vegetarian options: Delicious pesto and cacio e pepe.
