Five Guys Burgers Fries - Tucson

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I informed the staff that the soda machine was out of syrup, they argued with me and insisted that the watery soda was just due to the type of machine and carbonation. Despite my attempts to explain the issue, they did not offer any help or check the machine. After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager finally offered me a bottled drink instead of fixing the machine. The lack of service was very rude. Additionally, the food was not worth the high price of $10 for just a burger. I ended up spending $90 to feed 4 people, which I found to be ridiculous. I could have gone to a restaurant with better service for that price.

I must apologize for the half-eaten plate, but this meal was fantastic. As you can see in the photos, the dish was devoured. Unlike most restaurants where I only eat half of what I order, this meal exceeded my expectations. It was hot, salty, delicious, and exactly what I needed after a stressful week. Definitely worth the full price.

Once a worker sees that someone comes, they will automatically welcome them to help the customer see the place in good light. every step of the way the workers are polite and curative. they will even wish that a customer has a good rest of their day when they go.

These young are great. they accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but when I went back, they have rebuilt the whole order in time and thanked them with a milkshake (which was the best quetsch I had believed throughout the day over a milkshake)!

The personal is really nice and they won't screw up your burger. it is delicious
