I think eating that was really good was even better! the servier sizes are large, even if they do not eat the escape with rice, and the sweets are amazing! Not only are they even bigger than before, but the packaging is now fluffier, which makes an already good product excellent. the entree (chicken tikka masala, if they ask themselves, is also super) and the samosas were about $20, only to use for them as a price point.
I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff was really friendly. I was bought a kingfisher beer from another customer and it was fantastic. I never drink beer. When my wife and i got home with the food we were pleasantly surprised at the portions we received. We enjoyed every bite of food. The garlic Naan bread was delicious. The veggie samosas were perfect and fluffy. The chicken Tikka Masala was the best thing I've ever eaten and the flavors were out of this world. I got the medium heat. My wife had the chicken makhani and she was in heaven. This was our first time eating Indian food and we will definitely be back for more!
7 months ago they changed owners and the food is phenomenal. The flavors werent too hot, the spices were balanced, even their mocktails were amazing. Lamb was cooked perfect, tandoori wings were worth every penny for an appetizer and the waitress with glasses was super cute, accommodating, as was the whole staff. They are awesome!
I was pretty disappointed not only with the food, but the service as well. When I showed up around 5:30, there was maybe two parties sitting down. I came in ordered to-go and was told 25 minutes. Rather reasonable.. Fast forward to almost an hour later and I finally get my food, head home to eat it. While the Garlic Naan was delicious as was the rice, the Butter Chicken was.. greasy. Extremely greasy. There was a solid half inch of oil on top. I have had this dish before at other places and never has it been greasy. While the flavor was good, it was so rich with oil, it became hard to eat. Overall, its was a mediocre food experience and I would not recommend.
Been here twice now. Some of the best Indian food I have had stateside. I had the Mulligtawny Soup, the Sikandari Raan (lamb shank , and Elephant Ride cocktail. The lamb was fall off the bone delicious. 2nd time was Tandoori wings, kKeema Naan, Rita, Balti Gosht, and the Chai Flan (Can I say, Oh my gosh? . Forgot pics on the 2nd time.
