Ihop - Tulare

I ordered the California turkey sandwich and it was terrible. I have been to IHOP many times and honestly, nothing here is good except for the new chicken quesadilla. You may be wondering why I keep coming here to eat, well, my daughters only like to come for the Mac and cheese. But we will not be returning again.

I am usually satisfied with the food and service at this restaurant, but this time I was disappointed. I decided to try the chocolate-chocolate chip pancakes as an extra charge, but when they arrived, they were missing the chips inside. The server argued that the chips were there, but after I opened them up and proved her wrong, she took them back to the kitchen for a remake. The second batch was perfect, with whipped cream and six chips on top. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 23 years, so I know that the customer is always right. Despite the initial mishap, the rest of the food was delicious as usual. I did not appreciate the server arguing with me or the cook trying to skimp on the ingredients I paid extra for.

The food was good during my first two visits to this restaurant, so on my third visit, I decided to order a t-bone steak with scrambled eggs and pancakes. Unfortunately, the t-bone steak I received was actually a pork chop, despite them insisting it was a t-bone. The pork chop tasted like a pork chop and looked like a pork chop. Additionally, the scrambled eggs were overcooked and burnt, and I was served three pancakes on a small plate, making it difficult to pour syrup without it spilling onto the table. In an attempt to make up for the mistake, they offered me a chicken fried steak, but it tasted unpleasant as well. To make matters worse, they still tried to charge me for the t-bone steak meal even though it was $12 less than what I ordered. Overall, this restaurant is quite disappointing, as they deceive customers with incorrect food and often claim to be out of various menu items.

That's never been, they're all the same in that. so did not expect to be woven. this was quite empty and we were there for a birthday party and there was literally a cook and a server. he took it error-free between our large group and some other tables. cook didn't skip anything and cooked everything as quickly as possible. ordered a jalapeño kick burger and it was hot and full of taste. I would try to regain this meal and the same place. so this place is worth and not too much to fly on the one guy everywhere.
