Jalisco's Tacos - Tulare

I've traveled all over California, and this is by far the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. The meals are fresh and delicious, featuring handmade tortillas and rotisserie pastor, among many other fantastic dishes. They have a stand with a variety of homemade salsas, along with self-serve onions, cilantro, lemons—everything you could want. They even offer beans, which is something I rarely see at taco trucks. Call me indulgent, but I couldn't resist trying the tacos, quesadillas, and a bite of the burrito. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Plus, it’s conveniently located next to a liquor store that accepts EBT.

The salsas are good, but the burritos really need more meat. I ordered three burritos and they were mostly filled with beans and meat fat. The tacos are tasty, but they also have a lot of meat fat. Please improve your takeout service, as I've noticed this issue tends to happen more frequently with to-go orders, which may discourage customers from voicing their complaints in person. Overall, I’d rate the food a 2.
