Great customer service! Friendly staff. Ice cream is tasty
Absolutely the best ice cream in Tulare. We go weekly without fail.
Service is odd they seem to be bothered when ordering, I was charged 5$ for a water down 16 oz agua Fresca. I paid for it since he already rang it up. Times are tough but prices are pretty ridiculous.
The restaurant needs air conditioning; it was quite hot outside, and the temperature inside wasn't any better. The food was just okay.
