Taco Riendo - Tulare

Typically this place is 5 stars. Today it was 2. I came in at about 8:15, 11/30/19 ordered 2 tacos, a burrito, and nachos. When I received my food I asked for 2 red sauces like I usually do. The woman with tattoos on her hands said she has to charge me. I told her this has never happened before. No sauce was on my burrito or tacos. I always get it on the side. She wasn 't having it. She gave me one when she realized no sauce was on my burrito, but I wanted one for my tacos as well. The sign clearly says Extra sauce 50c. How can I get extra sauce if I never even got any in the first place? I come in about 3-4x a month. I 've never experienced this problem before. Can someone please retrain her? I left a bit frustrated. This has never happened here before.
