Lou's Deli - Tulsa

Best deli sandwich downtown. The bread is fresh and delicious. On a cold day, the meatball sub will make you think you but a teenager sitting in your Gammies kitchen. Service is always spectacular. Sure they aren?t ?freaky fast? like Jim or John downthe street. But I?d take steady and delicious over fast and stale any way you slice it. Lou is the man!

Because of the great reviews I brought my family here for lunch hoping for a deli experience analogous to NYC, but it was not even close.First, the employee at the front was wonderful and he made light conversation too.The food though was not really impressive. I got a salad, which I ordered without jalapenos, but it still had jalapenos. The salad was served on a dixie paper plate, and my wife's was served on a different style styrofoam plate it didn't feel terribly professional. The ranch dressing was separated when I got it, and it didn't quite taste like ranch. The chicken was rather soggy, and I was hungry so I ate it all, but maybe their sandwiches are better?
