Ollie's Station - Tulsa

I am at a loss for words. This is the first time I am not giving a 5-star review. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was quite busy. After ordering my food and drink, I waited and waited for over an hour. Eventually, I received part of a dish that I didn't even order (pancakes). Before I could address the issue, the waitress disappeared. Feeling hungry, I went ahead and ate the pancakes. After another 15 minutes, my actual meal arrived, but not all of it. I finished what was given to me and waited for the bill. When it didn't come, I had to take matters into my own hands and pay at the counter, having to remind the cashier what I had ordered. After almost two hours, I left feeling disappointed. It seems like there are ongoing issues with the service at Ollie's, with problems with plates and the buffet mentioned in other reviews. The staff seemed friendly with regular customers, but there is definitely something off at Ollie's that needs to be addressed.

The restaurant had a unique concept with trains running on platforms above, but the experience fell short. The waitstaff was friendly, but the food was mediocre and not special. The fries were inconsistent in temperature and the seating had gaps between cushions and in the wood. A child's toy dropped into one of the gaps was covered in old food and had to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall, not impressed and won't be returning.

This restaurant located on Route 66 in Tulsa is one of the most unique dining experiences you'll find. It's a combination restaurant and museum with awesome decor, delicious food, and friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend dining here – enjoy!

Had the buffet today and it was excellent with chicken wings, chicken steak, fried chicken, salad, green beans, mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Always love going here for lunch. Service was awesome also.

At 1 o'clock, they silvered us. I never came back. I had to ask for a menu. I said they closed at 2 o'clock. 2 o'clock on Saturday? the waitress said she was tired. She never came back to take our order. we took the note and ran out. they really went downhill. what a shame.
