Tamaleboyz - Tulsa

Went in thr for the first time. They gentleman taking our order was extremely helpful. I don't remember his name but he said he had worked there 3 years. We had no idea what what to order and he recommended the Tamale Plate. FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend checking this little place out.

Great food and friendly staff, highly recommended everyone tries it. I ordered the big burrito and it was great, the tortilla was very high quality or possibly made in house, the rice filling was delicious, the steak filling was delicious and perfectly cooked so it wasn't chewy. The rest of the sauces, jalapeños, cheese and other fillings were great on portion size to not be overwhelming. Solid 5/5 on the burrito. Kid got the bean and cheese burrito, she absolutely loved it and gave it a 6 out of 5, LOL. I did finish what she didn't eat and I have to say it was the best bean burrito I have ever had. Wife ordered the tamales and some nacho fries, the tamales were in her top 5 favorites but not her favorite. The nacho fries were awesome, had a great presentation and who wouldn't love nacho fries. Overall one of our favorite stops for Mexican food, only draw back is location. If this place were on Cherry Street or at another trendy location it would absolutely be top tier and 10x busier.

I only recently discovered this place and I’ve already been back twice. They are very efficient, very friendly, and the food is all fresh and amazing. I’d recommend everything I’ve had so far, but I can already tell there is nothing on the menu I wouldn’t recommend.
