Beach Club Papaya Playa - Tulum

Excelente servicio, solo falta un poco más de atención constante. La comida es muy buena.

El servicio fue regular, la comida buena pero nada del otro mundo. No había música en el beach club, la playa es bonita, pero la verdad es que la atención fue bastante mediocre.

This property is probably one of the favorite ones I’ve ever stayed at. The hospitality of everyone from check in to check out, the food, the drinks, the pools and the room were all fabulous. We were also given a free upgrade to a cabana with a rooftop pool without any hassle due to my Marriott platinum status, which truly made our trip unforgettable. There are also sweet cats all over the property that the staff cares for (rip Bonnie, she was my favorite and we got to see a monkey on the roof of our cabana! I like experiencing new places when I travel, but this is definitely one I would make a repeat trip to stay at.

Martin es el mejor servicio que hemos recibido en nuestra vida. Nos ha brindado una experiencia maravillosa en el Hotel Papaya Project. Gracias por tu calidad humana, por el servicio y por hacer que mi hija tenga una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Son los mejores!

Hermoso lugar a la orilla de la playa. Asistí a una fiesta y fue increíble.
