House of Gabriel - TUMBULGUM

The House of Gabriel is a charming restaurant with sprawling gardens and outdoor seating areas covered with wisteria, overlooking a tranquil river. Chef Lee treated us to a variety of seafood dishes including Tasmanian oysters, Tweed prawns, crab, Moreton Bay bug, smoked salmon, Panko crumbed prawns, and crumbed Mooloolaba whiting with chips and a side salad, all paired perfectly with a glass of wine.

I recently dined at The House Of Gabriel and I must say, the food was absolutely incredible. The slow braised pork belly with pea puree, local prawns, and red wine jus was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I can't wait to come back with my family and friends to share this amazing experience. The restaurant also offers great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, just awesome.

A great venue. House of Gabriel has a stunning setting, with a large, covered dining deck overlooking the serene Tweed River. <br/ <br/ Having enjoyed lunch there before, we recently took along a group of six. Everyone like the food Vegetarians and carnivores alike. The service is good and their beef burger is just superb!

Absolutely the best stopped after a trip to the beach we had our two big dogs with us we sat in the gardens and had a large bottle of wine friendly staff this place is a jewel .
