The Brick On Trosper - Tumwater

At first the staff is friendly and welcomes us as soon as we went through the doors. My husband is on a mission to find the best oven pizza that this area has to offer. He said the pizza here is just fine. Not bad and not good. But my burger was the BomB and I really enjoyed it.

Nice bar atmosphere with great food an employees! First time we ended up on bar side of establishment but still had great time excellent service!

We recently discovered this local gem and have been back twice so far in the month : Their breakfast is spot on and just today we had their lunch/dinner. My fiancée got some fettuccini Alfredo and I got some chicken and shoe string fries! Just to warn you all, the mozzarella sticks are huge and filling so if you order them, be sure to share! Love this place and am excited it’s so close by me!

I didn't get the gluten-free pizza, but I was tried. Salad wrap bacon cheese burger was delicious. Partner received the Italian grinder with onion rings and was super enthusiastic. Friendly staff and lots of sports and fun music.
