Seven Sisters - Tuolumne

I’m not sure who this chef is, but they definitely deserve to be recognized as an Iron Chef! Who would have thought to use honey as a complement to teriyaki salmon? The salmon was flaky and cooked to perfection. The teriyaki sauce was both sweet and savory, and the addition of raw, local honey took it to another level. I was blown away! It was served alongside perfectly cooked asparagus and very creamy mashed potatoes. I’m sorry I didn’t snap a picture before diving in! The service was outstanding—our server Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and offered excellent wine recommendations. I highly encourage you to come and enjoy this experience; you won’t be disappointed!

I finally visited Seven Sisters and enjoyed a wonderful meal with attentive service. I opted for the scampi, which was delicious with its garlic butter sauce, while my husband had a perfectly cooked rib-eye that he was very satisfied with. The fried Brussels sprouts were also quite tasty. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, but I do have one suggestion for the staff: please consider replacing the awful jazzy lounge music.

Delicious desserts and main courses! The atmosphere is delightful, and the noise level is just right. The servers are quick and efficient, and there are only a few customers, making for a nice experience.

Excellent food! Great cocktails! Wonderful service by Cass! My husband and I each ordered the cream of mushroom soup. It's very very rich and earthy, in a good way. I wasn't able to finish all of mine but it was quite good. We shared the braised beef ravioli in brown butter and whisky cream peppercorn sauce. Simply outstanding!! The ravioli has a beef filling but it also comes with tender beef steak tips on top. We Shared the bread pudding fritter with apple, vanilla bean ice cream, spiced pecans and caramel drizzle; wayyyy too delicious! We left 100% happy from start to finish. Beautifully appointed restaurant. I highly recommend dining here!
