Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was very good. Hubby had a Burrito supernatant. He said it was the best he had in a long time in the Tacoglocke. I had a chicken stable. It was very good. The crew there is a great job!!
Cashier attempted to short my change by .03 cents because the register was out of penny coins. Cashier should have instead asked if I had .02 cents to make my change become a nickel .05 or just go ahead and give me a nickel .05. Cashier may also have gotten some penny rolls from office to handle the transaction properly. Food was what I have come to expect from Taco Bell.
The service was terrible, as always. The employees have a terrible attitude!! I have complained several times, once to the head man and several times to Monica Knight. Things don't seem any better. I ordered 2 orders of cinnamon twists, got up there and they had given me 2 orders of the little donut things. I told her that's not what I ordered and she got an attitude. I said, it's not my fault that yall didn't get my order correct, why do you have an attitude with me? She just kept slamming stuff. Every time I go there it's like that. I love taco bell, but I hate that particular one. I will drive clear across town to the other one so that I don't have to put up with the attitude and being treated like this.
Their food becomes smaller and the prices go up. I mean, what is this even? Not close to full.
My driving-thru experience was pleasant and fast. The line was long (as it always seems), but the line moved quickly and I was through the line, paid and received my food within 5 minutes. Impressive. Both window visitors were nice and seemed really happy to be there. I am sad that my stack order Nacho Supreme is no longer on the menu that I only have to do with the larger, much more expensive Nachos Bell Grande option, but that obviously has nothing to do with this place. My food was hot, the order was right, and they gave me many napkins and hot sauces.
