Írjon visszajelzéstDid I order three times from this place and every time she? ve has messed up my order and when I go to the store or call them about THEIR mistakes, they give me attitude and are very rude. The sandwiches were also made very bad. If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this place at all, food is not good and employees have all bad attitudes and very unprofessional.
I really saw a short hand, just a person in front of me and I waited for a little over 10 minutes to help. My sandwich and pommes took another 15 minutes. Some tables were dirty, the bathroom was made of toilet paper. My sandwich had things I had asked not to have. Only positive was the beer breads delicious.
Disappointed! I have eaten many times in several other local Deli Delicious Sandwich shops, and was always impressed by the quality ingredients, careful preparation and order accuracy. This place has failed all three. The ingredients tasted day old, the roast beef was all end plates: hard and super well made. Also the preparation and accuracy were off: I ordered AND PAID EXTRA for extra meat and extra peppermint. I don't. The Pesto Chicken should have fresh mozzarella. But for some reason, we have Jack cheese instead. Of course we didn't find anything until we got home, 30 minutes later. $25 for two sandwiches? I'm usually overjoyed. This time I was frustrated and upset. Maybe you had a bad day, but I'm sorry to say that I won't be back to see if that was the case. Our local deli is always in place with everything, sorry their guys weren't?
Really like the sandwiches, really disappointed with the speed of service. Placed an order online to save time as their sign says, got there, order still wasn't ready, 2 customers walked in behind me, placed their order and got their food before me. What should have saved time, actually cost me more time. There were only 3 people working at noon. Needs better or more efficient staffing during busier hours.
I ordered online when the website said Current process time 1 minutes . When I arrived to pick up my order 15 minutes later, they hadn 't even started on my order (the employees were all in the way back of the restaurant when I arrived), so I had to wait until they made it. Not a big deal, but isn 't the point of an online order so it 's ready upon pickup? Then, when I got home to eat my order, I discovered they had made the sandwich incorrectly I ordered Sprouted Grain Whole bread, and they wrapped my sandwich up in some unusual green wrap. This wasn 't the first time they 've made my order wrong accuracy seems to be a big problem at this restaurant.
