Country Creemee - Turners Falls

I've been a regular at this restaurant, but my experience with one particular employee has left me disappointed. I recently visited their new location, hoping for a better experience. However, I was charged for a kid's cone plus an extra dollar for Oreos, which seemed excessive given the small size. I could have just gone to Friendly's, where my son would get his cone for free without the extra charge for Oreos! The blonde employee really needs to work on her customer service skills; instead of being welcoming, she looked like she would rather be anywhere else.

The grinder was massive—enough to share between two people. The soft-serve was also gigantic; the kiddie cone was more than enough for me!

There are countless ice cream flavors available, and they serve generous portions!

This restaurant has been a longtime favorite for my family.

Their posted hours say they are open until 8 pm. We arrived at 7:48 and were very RUDELY told that they were closed. They were not at all apologetic for closing early. In fact, the man who spoke to us was snarky. We will not be returning, and I suggest that you do not waste your time trying to spend your money at an establishment who cannot be bothered to maintain their posted hours, nor to be courteous when they cannot.
