Food City Pizza - Turners Falls

A great little store that is much easier to manage than the bigger guys and the staff is extremely helpful. One suggestion: please change your deli meat bags. They never seal easily and often times, unless, you remember to break the printed label and make sure the seal is closed upon getting home the meat often spoils before you get to it. But, that really is my lone complaint about the place.

I absolutely love this place—it's the best! They offer a wide variety of products, and everything is clean and well-stocked. The prices are fantastic as well. If you take the time to explore, you might find yourself no longer visiting other stores like I did. The meat and vegetables are excellent, and everything is fresh!

Food City is a hidden gem in an otherwise struggling city. Their bakery offers a delightful assortment of freshly baked goods, and the meat department is extensive. Overall, their selection could easily compete with larger stores like Stop & Shop. The staff is hardworking and friendly, which makes what could be a tedious grocery trip a much more enjoyable experience. Definitely worth a visit!

This is a sizable marketplace for a small town, and I enjoy shopping here. However, I noticed that the deli staff could use better training in customer service; they weren't very friendly or helpful. When I inquired about what the Bratbeef looked like that day, the employee simply said it looked like roast beef. It seems like they are not particularly happy in their jobs.
