Dunkin' - Tuscaloosa

4 stars because they are so friendly and polite. but get them an extra cup of ice for the sweet tee. it is perfectly brewed, but too sweet. the afternoon crew is so much more patient than morning

I usually don't have any problems with this dunkin. However, the person seemed really angry yesterday in the register when I said I wanted to pay in cash. legit hit the dunkin box down on the counter and when I placed money there to pay for it, she stretched out her hand and made me literally catch up again and give her, although I clearly fought with my pocket and she could just snap it.

The employee who gave me my order was incredibly rude. every single article in my order has turned out either wrong or infallible. the speck on my pack was actually raw. I ordered an unsweetened icestee and received a sweet tee, so I asked if she could give me a new one and was told that they are not wrong, it is restless. so thank you for ruining my morning

Dunkin has a new app. The old app allow any rewards to come up in one scan. Now you have to pull up the reward separately.I will rate the app separately.However, I did not know about the feature, I took for granted it behaved like the old app. The Manager was very rude about it and did not warrant the reward. The Manager attitude allows me to poorly rate this store.

Food is fresh, but they have a difficult time differentiating between hot iced coffee, happened twice in 2 days. The lady with the Halloween shirt was very pleasant! Always pleased with this location!
