Kfc - Tuscaloosa

I'm not sure if they're dealing with personal issues, but dining at Laufwerk Tru always feels like a gamble. It can take 10 minutes or more for the staff to take your order. The selection of their special mountain drink is also hit or miss; it could be great or just fizzy water. I really hope they can improve things soon, as I'd love to see them return to normal.

I arrived around 8:20 PM and was told that the restaurant was on a 30-minute break. I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed since they close at 9:00. Still hungry, I left the area, passing by several employees in the parking lot. I hadn't had KFC in quite a while and was really in the mood for it, especially since there's no location near me. I plan to try again another time and will update my review then.

After another five minutes, the cars behind me started to leave, but I decided to wait patiently. However, after 10 to 15 minutes, the person on the intercom asked me to hold again, and I agreed. At that point, I told my 93-year-old father that if we didn’t get to the microphone in 30 seconds, we would leave. Unfortunately, we never did make it to the microphone, and we ended up driving off. As we left, we noted that there were no employees visible at the window or at the counter. Overall, it felt like a huge waste of our time, and I was quite disappointed with the experience.

We had worked late and had a late dinner at kfc. there were several cars in front of us, but that was not bad. After we have finally abandoned our commands and moved to the window to pick up, we were greeted by a friendly young lady who apologised bc, she was from “Hühner!” or I should say “some parts” of the commands we had set! we improvise and ordered what we could or what was available. it was regrettable, but the young lady was very helpful and pleasant. eating was hot and fresh, we were okay!

Food was not fresh tasted old fries was had and cold
