Kobe Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

I always have a great time at this restaurant. The friendly lady at the front is always welcoming. We've had the same Hibachi chef for the past three visits. I would give it five stars, but our vegetables and chicken were a bit overcooked on the grill again. We tried the Fire Cracker Shrimp, which was nothing too exciting. However, the little one loved the crispy noodles that came with it. We always enjoy the fresh sushi rolls. Pictured below are the Las Vegas Roll, Volcano Roll, Dynamite Roll, and the Roll Tide Roll. It's impressive that our little one, at just seven years old, loves sushi!

I went in for takeout and was really disappointed. The rice was cold, and the shrimp on my plate tasted pre-cooked. How can I tell? They were small and chewy. When I called to ask about it, the manager told me that's the shrimp they always use. That’s just not true! Beware—don't eat here. I could have bought cooked shrimp at Walmart for less!

I can't quite remember what I ordered, but my date and I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. I was a bit anxious about the fire blazing on the grill, but I’ve dined here several times before, so it was fine. The food was incredible, as always. I ended up eating most of my date's meal since I tend to stick to my usual orders when I visit. Our chef was really entertaining and added to the experience. I loved the atmosphere! I'll definitely be returning soon!

The experience was awesome! Our chef was phenomenal (best one we?ve had since we started going there) and our kids loved it!!! We went for our oldest child?s birthday and she LOVED every second of it!! Can?t wait go back!!
