I ordered online and a pick-up time, but eating was nowhere near ready. regarding the customer service, if a customer asks for the manager, who should always contact them kindly. doesn't look like they feel and don't talk right away. if they can't take them with the problem there, they'll tell them and on. you have wasted more time by not communicating with words or even good. we all get tired, but we are expected to do our jobs. I expected more from someone named manager or sent to represent one.
One word. GHETTO. always unprofessional one day i waited in drive thru line for a good 15 minutes and when i got to the window they said they were closed... it was 10:15 they close at 11 on google. (There were 9 cars ahead of me that were all told the same after we all waited) Went back the next day at 4pm.Was told it's going to be a minute bc the 4pm worker wasn't there yet. meanwhile the cashier who informed us was clocking out with multiple people in line and didn't want to wait for their relief. Then today (8/15/22) we go in stand in line and wait with multiple people in front of me just to be told it's drive though only. (again after waiting for 5 min). Where the manager, district manager, or even regional manager they need to be trained better and held accountable.
If i could reverse time and not enter this store i would. this is the shittiest, slowest, worst popeyes i've ever been to. took 45 minutes to receive my food.
Got in the drive thru, waited 10 mins (not a problem if I want Popeyes)...went to place order and was told they were out of chicken wings. Now I'm stuck in the drive thru as there is only one lane. Sat for an additional 10 minutes before I could leave. Drove to another location nearby and received great service, and hot food. On the way home we passed thus location and the same cars were still sitting in the drive thru.
The chicken is good but the service is awful. The cashiers got attitudes and always seem to be in a bad mood. I was there last Friday and the customer in front of me and myself inquired on what sides they had. The cashier who was taking our order asked a lady and her response out loud was what they see is what they get, I ain 't cooking nothing else. I thought wow and said to the other customer how unprofessional and she agreed. I 'm thinking the young lady in the green was the manager was standing there and said nothing. They need some training on customer service at the McFarland Blvd location.?
