I've visited this restaurant around ten times, and I can't say I've had a good experience even once. The staff is consistently rude and dismissive, and the food quality is unpredictable—sometimes it's served cold. The interior feels cramped and is often too warm. They also overcrowd the drinks with ice, so you barely get any actual liquid. The prices are high considering the quality of the food. Their mobile ordering system is poorly managed, leading to long waits while it still claims your order will be ready in just a couple of minutes. And did I mention how unpleasant the staff is? I've seen them carelessly toss food boxes around, and they're unhelpful if you need anything—they never seem to be working very hard.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, although it took me a little while to locate the restaurant due to minimal exterior advertising. The customer service was excellent as well!
