Red Lobster - Tuscaloosa

The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food arrived in a contemporary style, and while it was delicious, it wasn't as good as our last visit. I also wish there were more options for crab legs. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

I was told the wait would be 20 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour before we were seated. It took even longer to get our drinks, although our waiter was very pleasant. We received our food 45 minutes after ordering, and unfortunately, the fish was bland. For $20, we got just five small, inedible frozen shrimp. The only redeeming aspect of the meal was the cookies. Our final bill was $60 for two people, not including tip, and honestly, McDonald's would have been a better choice for a nice dinner. I felt bad for our waiter, as she was so nice and seemed aware of how underwhelming the meal was. She didn’t even look surprised when we left most of our food on the plates, and there was no offer for a discount or to replace any items.

I wanted to have dinner and ordered a beer to drink, but it was served warm. I exchanged it for another, only to find that it was even worse. I ordered a well-cooked steak, but it came out raw. To top it all off, I was charged an outrageous amount for such poor service. I definitely won’t be returning to this place.

My wife and I went to red lobster on 8th august 2022. that was dirty. Whoever washes that **** was terrible. the waiter has taken our order and forgotten our drinks. we had our appetizers, but no drinks to wash it. at last the two sweet tees got when the waiter brought out our food. he was sorry to forget our drinks. the food was decent, but overpriced for the carry we got. After we came home in the night, my wife was ill at midnight. She was in order before she was eating there. I had to take her to the record. she has antibiotics and still recovers. she had a 102 fever, cramps, unevenness, pounding headache etc. not sure whether it is something she has eaten from there or what got caught.

Poor customer service. A Party of 7 was seated at 1 p.m. ordered by 1:15 p.m it’s now 2:05 and we have not received our food. Plus the biscuits were brung out without the plates and when I asked after 5 minutes of the biscuits being sitting on the table, I was spoken to rudely, stating “ my server would be with me shortly.” I have NOT received a refill on my drink! We have absolutely no napkins! Any other time I would’ve just left but my mom is here with a wheelchair and we already been waiting for 2 hrs now(45 mins wait to be seated, 1 hr plus before the food was brung out)! Which if we go somewhere else we still will have another 40 to 60 minutes wait. Having the children eat their biscuits off of the napkins the utensils comes in. Now our plates have arrived and it’s only 4 for a part of 7 !!
