Golden China Bbq - Tustin

RIP Golden China one of the best Chinese restaurants I've eaten at in my life. It's sad to see the ownership change and classic flavors be gone. At least change your name so classic customers know this place is forever done.

My family and I (19 of us) decided to give this place a try for my niece's HS graduation celebration. My goodness was it the most regretful decision ever. If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place was had THEE WORST customer service I've ever experienced! Who makes you wait for 2 hours for an order of fried rice?! This place. Also, all the skewered protein has all the same seasoning so yea, you bet it all tastes the same. Wonton soup had too much pepper. If you have time to waste and want somewhat mediocre food, by all means give this place a try. But we will NEVER be back again.

Fresh, tasty ingredients. Egg foo young is covered with a greasy gravy WHICH IT DOES NOT NEED. PLEASE serve it on the side.

Extremely bad service! they let them wait for 2 hours to take over the order, then they say that they have not yet begun to prepare their food. waste your time and your money not at this müllplatz and would give them negative stars if I could.

I would recommend avoiding the vegetarian options, as many of them are quite mediocre. The fried rice was particularly disappointing. Instead, I suggest focusing on the meat dishes. My personal favorites include the lamb, beef, pork belly, grilled chicken, signature chicken wings, and the skewers. The meat skewers have a lovely, authentic Chinese BBQ flavor that isn’t overpowering. I’ve been here three times and will definitely return in the future. The service can vary; sometimes the waitstaff is polite, and other times they can be quite rude, but I've noticed this is common in Chinese restaurants.
