Tim Horton's - Tweed

I am in shock at what happened at Tim’s in Tweed yesterday. it involved Bridget and was targeted at my 9yr old daughter who has special needs. I’m so upset and will be taking this matter further and seeking legal advice. What happened and how...I was treated was not acceptable.

We make a point of stopping here both to and on the way from Ottawa to Toronto since it's exactly half way along the route. the staff are always friendly and cheerful and the food is made fresh.

On the way to Ottawa, we stopped for a quick coffee. Both my husband and I had to use the restroom. There must have been 20-50 flies in the ladies washroom. There was flies in the men's washroom as well. Both men's and ladies hand...dryers did not work. There was a fly sitting on the toilet seat just before I used it. Seriously, management should do something about this. Get those long fly strips that you pull out; a cheap flyswatter; a bug zapper that goes permanently on the wall.

I hate to give this kind of reviews, but it's a coffee shop. You have a young one. as someone orders a triple . but coffee in cup almost black, no piece sugar. really?! it is bad enough that the commands are always wrong, or ask for sausages in English muffin cookies with sausage, ice cream and cheese. worst tim hortons . the personal can not even make a coffee. wash the **** that appears all day long!

I travel for work and love Tim Hortons, so I have been to hundreds of locations all over the country. I stop at this particular location once or twice a month. Today, I ordered one of my favorites, a large chili with a small bun. I asked the server if she could please butter the bun for me generously. I saw her put on the butter and asked for more, to which she responded with a snore in her voice, "You want more than that?" I politely said yes, but she rolled her eyes at me. I will not be stopping at this location next time I am in town.
