I delivered 3 miles away from here. Not scheduled to pick up here till tomorrow at 10:00 am. Since I was so close decided to stop and see if my load might be ready. It is and they are going to load me today instead of tomorrow. Good deal!!!!

I had a delivery between 8am to 11am i got there by 8 am , they put me on 3:30 afternoon , i had 4 trucks ahead of me around 12 afternoon all trucks got unloaded and I thought i might get a door if i was the only truck in the parking lot but no, at 3:50 i went to talk at the shipper and he told me they are in break and will give me a door after , so i waited , a truck came and the guy check in he had a 4 a clock appointment and they got him a door right away . I was actually nice with them and very calm , eventually they apologized and after the guy was unloaded i got a door , i wasted a full day here, i will definitely understand if they were busy but no , i was the literally truck in the parking lot .

No way they gonna unload/load you before appointment time , if you coming earlier better spend your time in truck stop, outside restroom available
