Hilton Garden Inn - Twin Falls

I can’t entirely blame the staff, because it seems like everyone in twin falls is angry that they’re expected to do their job. Desk staff was thoroughly annoyed that I asked questions at all. They seemed to get satisfaction from notifying me that their motel quality breakfast was 15 bucks, despite the fact that you can get a better breakfast for that price at the diner they share a parking lot with. Oh yeah that part. The parking lot is tiny, and I was told that not only is it not secure, but if you are towing a trailer you have to park on the street. Just an all around terrible experience for far more money than it’s worth.

Great location convenient to a diner. Attitude and snottitude is rampant here. Booked a room that was to include amenities that were not offered or mentioned at check in why did I bother setting that up and paying extra.After a less than great sleep, went to make coffee and learned that the cleaning team did not bother to clean it out or empty it out and coffee spewed everywhere.Went to get something to eat because certainly at this price point, I should get breakfast but NO. Was snottily told 'just so you know, we do charge for breakfast '.Overall its hard to explain the attitude of staff reading reviews and responses there is an arrogance here that just does not belong in the hospitality industry.Definitely will not stay again and will be following up for a refund on the amenity not provided but paid for.

Great hotel right off the highway! Excellent indoor pool and hot tub, great breakfast, and wonderful staff. Highly recommend staying here.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed at this location June 16 and 17th for our daughters wedding so we would be closer to the venue. We stayed in a king suite, paying $800 for two nights. This room was filthy, urine stains above the toilet! Ceiling peeling off above the shower. Not to mention there was a bag of corn and peas sitting in the fridge when we checked into the room. Obviously, they don’t take the time to clean .I have been a Hilton honors member for a long time, but all of a sudden all my points had disappeared and reset to a basic member and couldn’t even get a simple bottle of water. These reviews should allow you to attach pictures because the pictures of this room were filthy. Front desk receptionist could learn a thing or two about customer service as well.

Excellent! Exceeded my expectations in every which way! Charlene checked us in at the front desk. I had reserved two rooms and our check-in was flawless. Both rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We have been traveling for several days and I had to use the guest laundry room that offered ease and cleanliness. This lovely hotel offers buffet and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay has been!
