Foods good, staff is friendly. Bathroom is closed, do i just go on the floor?

This is by far the best Jersey Mike?s location!! I?ve been to several locations in the greater Cleveland area this one is the best. The employees greeted me the door making eye contact that didn?t seem forced or creepy. I got a reg 42 on FRESH Rosemary, it was fantastic!

Great place to eat lunch. I recommend it to all. The owner is awesome and very friendly and the entire staff is great.

Management is clearly the issue here not the people working behind the counter. For some reason they decide to make orders based upon what's being ordered as opposed to the time it was ordered. So if you want a cold cut you will get it before a hit sandwich. This leaves a lot of people standing in a line without a sandwich being asked to pay or with a sandwich waiting to pay. The food is good but I don't recommend going to this specific shop if you want something in a timely fashion

Very unprofessional, laughing and joking while I was trying to order my food. And then got the order wrong because of not listening.
