Mcdonald's - Twinsburg

Always a good experience and LOVE the woman on the drive thru with long blond hair. She's so nice.... she makes me smile every time.

Newly remodeled store. Looks nice inside. Clean and quiet at the time I was there. Ordering and food preparation was pretty quick. Sandwich was made correctly and both of the employees who took my order and who delivered my order were polite and courteous.

It's a typical McDonald's experience. At least the dining room is open, so you won't have to wait an hour in the drive-thru. The friendly service inside was a pleasant surprise, as opposed to encountering a tired employee who merely tosses your food at you. They got my order right, and nothing was missing—what a bonus! Update: This is another solid McDonald's to visit. The taxes here are a bit higher, but that's not their fault.

The staff member at the counter noticed that I was struggling with the kiosk. She came over to assist me and then took me to the counter to place my order. Natasha was incredibly friendly and represented the restaurant wonderfully.

I always have a great experience here, and I absolutely adore the woman at the drive-thru with long blonde hair. She's so friendly and always makes me smile!
