Staff have no manners. Loud and rude. Will not recommend. Inconsistent. So arrogant. There are many good choices in Tyler to spend your money and time.

My man and I went here to dinner with quite high hopes based on great reviews, but were sadly very disappointed by our experience. we ordered a bottle of wine, maisbrot as appetizer and 2 lures all during the first order with the waiter, since we warn that this service can be a bit slow and wanted that before. we received our wine and water fast, but after some time we realized that we have finished our entire bottle wein without even our appetizer of maisbrot (after more than an hour after). After we had notified the server that we had received nothing, we finally received the appetizer about 15 minutes later without any explanation why the delay. we waited another 40-45 minutes before we had ordered 2 hours before the check without reception of entrees (at this point we had ordered 2 hours before ordering). After reviewing the review we were told that eating was ready and asked if we still wanted it and that most restaurants in the city would be closed at that point, we decided to accept the eating. it was really very tasty, but with the negative service and the length of the time we waited, it really exaggerated the experience of the food. at the end we were offered a 10% discount and the maisbrot removed from the bill, transparent this was $15 off an original $115 bill, so it didn't feel like much of an excuse. we are really not happy to complain, but hope that this feedback can be useful for the restaurant to achieve improvements in the future and perhaps also expectations for future customers who might have a similar experience. if this amount of money spends on a meal, there are some service expectations that come together with it and this expectation has not been fulfilled during our visit (and I only mean timely delivery and occasionally check in water or check whether we need something, I do not expect a fine food service). we will try the restaurant in the future however again, hopefully have another experience.

This is a truly unique restaurant that is filled with art and has an energizing atmosphere, complemented by rock and alternative music. The food is exceptional, with stunning presentation and even more impressive flavors. It’s our favorite spot in Tyler!

Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, I can confidently say that this was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was even better! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
