Subway - Tyler

Went in at 2pm, black toothless lady wiping off counter states with an attitude she not taking order for 30 minutes. 3 minutes later 2 white women walk in and all of a sudden she can make sandwiches. So I get back out my car and ask I thought you weren't taking orders for 30 minutes she yelled at me don't come in here with that I said what I said you can go. So I did. Find better help my boyfriend had problems with the same lady last time he came.

Please educate the workers on how to treat paying customers. The unprofessionalism in this store it unacceptable, and it’s happened on multiple occasions. There is a particular worker who thinks it is okay to be blatantly rude to customers with no regard for the business she is representing.

Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Laughing in customers face and unaware of subway policies

Placed order online followed steps for payment said order will be ready at 7:10. Arrived at location and order never came through even though I was charged. Asked if they could make the order since i was charged and showed them. The worker said if it doesn't come in on their end that she could not make. Same situation has happened at other locations and they made the order.

This was the best Subway we have ever been in. Cassie was amazing! She was friendly and quick to acknowledge us and other customers as they came in even though she was busy. We will definitely be back to this location, it also was very clean and organized! I can't say enough great things about her !
