Whataburger - Tyler

If I could, I would give this Whataburger 10 stars. The manager provided me with exceptional customer service. They took the time to show me how to use the Whataburger app in the restaurant. I ordered my usual, the Sweet and Spicy Burger. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend this Whataburger - it is the best one in Texas.

15 minutes waiting time was not bad in the drive thru, BUT, if you will calculate almost $3 for Pommes, then at least FILL up the box with HOT please! I thought I had at least a few pommes, but there wasn't even a crumb. These were hardly warm and had so much salt on them that I could not finish them. Please make sure that you mix the old Pommes with the new Pommes you pour up so that you don't wake up with a schnapps of old Pommes.

One of the only fast food restaurants I can eat at without feeling sick afterwards. Plus, the cinnamon rolls are just truly... the best I've ever had.

This is the new one that was built right down the street from the old one. It is in front of UT health center and you are very close to the main post office on Martin Luther King boulevard and you have a few pawn shops a Subway and a McDonald's. You can ride the blue line Transit of Tyler and if all else fails you can go to Caldwell zoo there is a lot of great opportunity in this area and it is growing!
