Terrible Service!!!!!. For me, it is important to always have good service when working in the customer service industry. The Family Chill and Grill has terrible service and treats their customers poorly. For example, they screwed up my order three times and accused me of changing my order three times in front of other customers. Even more poorly, you could watch and hear the employees make rude comments and looks when I was waiting for my food. This is a terrible place and caution anyone from ever going their.

So over priced!. We are a family of 6 and discovered at the end of our meal that an automatic gratuity was added to the check for a table over 5 people. I was charged $3.25 for adding blueberries to 2 pancakes and the service was absolutely terrible. We used to love this place and now it just sucks.

This is just a rating for the home cooked side of the business. If FireHouse Pizza is still there, it 's very good. Service, attitude and all. However, I 've stuffed this for ten years and now must say, the restaurant side SUCKS! The help is just plain nasty and mean spirited. That holds true for the mother, daughter(s) aunt 's, grandmother 's and any other women that served on that side from 2005-10. Worst place I 've ever been, to eat. I 've eaten all over the country.

Its entertaining to sit and watch how much of their food is microwaved, which is completely disappointing. Everything was pretty bland and basic, except the stuffing with the Turkey dinner that had a little too much sage and celery flavoring. Maybe I tried the wrong thing but I wasn't impressed with anything the people at my table ordered. Definitely won't come back. Also stood at the front door for about 5 minutes with no one saying a word, we finally asked if we seat ourselves

Extremely RUDE. Our waitress made a huge deal out of the mess left behind by my one year old. Not to mention the language that she used. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought it was a family restaurant. Never going back again.
