Starbucks - Tyumen'

A hell of a contrast to the second Starbucks in town. One barista, clearly a trainee. Doesn't understand the difference between pourover and freshly brewed coffee, confuses orders. There is no experienced person nearby. I ordered a regular latte, in the end, he did not spoil it, so he fluctuated between 2 and 3 stars. But compared to the expected level, Starbucks is very bad and the prices here are not like in the station cafeteria, therefore 2 stars. . , . , . . , , , 2 3 . , 2 .

The cafe has a beautiful design. The drinks are very appetizing. The staff is extremely polite. Despite the cold weather, we all chose a cold drink, which was amazing and delicious. I love coming here because the experience is fantastic.

The famous name of this establishment certainly attracts customers. However, for me, it is just a regular coffee shop, of which there are many in the city. Nothing special, nothing extraordinary. The communication with the employee at the checkout was a bit tiresome. I was in a hurry and just wanted to grab a quick coffee, but the pushy upselling service really slowed me down. It also slightly dampened my mood. The coffee was prepared quickly, but it lacked any special taste. Just an ordinary cup of coffee.

Today I went to purchase a latte. Everything was good, I paid and left. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find that it was more expensive than I expected. When I got home, I realized that the receipt showed a larger glass size than the one I had ordered. I was very disappointed and will not be going back there again. My recommendation is to make sure to double check your receipts at the checkout.
