I ordered oxtail and it was horrible on sight.i couldn't get myself to taste it.i complained n the manager came and he was rude and he said I have to pay as he won't fix the problem. See attached picture Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1

We enjoyed the outside atmosphere and the oxtail was really well-prepared and tasty. The wine experience, however, was really crazy. Our watron had no knowledge of wine whatsoever and could not meet a single request from the wine list: no dry roses were available, so she suggested pink sparkling wine. The Kleine Salze Pinotage on the wine list was also not available, so she took the initiative and brought some unknown obscure substitute. I eventually asked to be allowed to see what was available and had to choose from a very limited range that was not even remotely representative of the wine list. We laughed all of this off and had a good time nevertheless.

This place is definitely worth the visit, whether it be a quick pop in for a beer or even a family dinner. I have always been comfortable at this place and I could always expect great food and service. But besides food, drinks, meetings or just a quick meetup with a client, the place is always inviting and the atmosphere is great.

Nice scenery, nice food,bad customer service!! Our waitress knocked off at 2oclock, we asked another waitress to give us drinks she plainly ignored us. 30 minutes later the manager (i assume) came it was then that we were assisted. I would'nt reccomend it.
