We celebrated our youngest daughter's birthday at the restaurant, with 100 adults attending. Everyone was thrilled with the food; the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. All the staff were true professionals – the waiters were friendly, cheerful, and well-organized. The play area was clean and spacious. A special thanks to the administrators, Irinchen and Alyona, who provided guidance throughout the event. Thank you to the Mergen restaurant; you have truly captured our hearts!

The restaurant is located in the Cosmos Hotel, offering a calm atmosphere without any unnecessary frills or pretentiousness—it's all about the food. They serve both European and Buryat cuisine. The prices are moderate, leaning towards the higher side. You can try their amazing ice cream made from white mushrooms. The salads, fish, meat, and desserts are all very impressive. The waitstaff is polite and attentive. They quickly arranged a large table for our group of eight. It’s a great spot, and I highly recommend it!
