Finally a local where you can still smoke, as well as a great happy hour and friendly services.

I was in ulm in enchilada and there was also a happy hour and the cocktails were about the same, but I tasted more alcohol in enchilada. for smoker it is better in the tortuga because they can smoke there.

Cool small bar with delicious cocktails at fair prices. The Happy Hour is absolutely recommended. There's something for everyone. You have mega fun there no matter whether to glow or blunt I come back, no question

Hello, I'm very disappointed. In the beginning, I thought I looked nice, but I saw the real face. The waitress was absolutely incompetent and was unable to accept orders. We waited 37min for our drinks. Not recommended!
