Tom's Watch Mohegan Sun - UNCASVILLE

Lunch with a friend. The food was good. Honored with enthusiasm from the hosts, very welcoming. It was a bit of our server that called us too much for me as a sweetheart, love, honey. Bathroom was a mess. Chicken Caesar Salat was fresh and delicious. Friend had glazed salmon and was happy with it. I'm going back, but exploring other alternatives. Edit: fell on two stars as someone reached the rating and when I email, per their request NO answer. Wouldn't return. Update: received a gift certificate from previous managers due to the bad experience and had the opportunity to use it. What a difference! Jim (new manager) and Erin (server) gave us an unforgettable experience! Very new mood, food was excellent, actually felt like a completely different restaurant. Grilled chicken sandwich looked fantastic. Super fresh, my culinary companion enjoyed. I had cooked the Asian salad, salmon for perfection. Great experience. Will return. Thank you, Jim and Erin!

Average chain restaurant food, nothing special. The nachos were not cooked in the oven, they simply had Queso and blows on them. The chicken pliers were good. The cocktail I ordered from the drink card was so sweet that it wasn't even enjoyable.

Got hair in my food and the food was super basic for the prices. The bread was stale and the manager even told me he doesn?t like the bread either . The drinks were over $20 and the bottle/canned beer is oversized but they don?t tell you that before hand. Lost my appetite after pulling hair out my mouth. V upset. Not to add that I asked for no bread .

It's Mother's Day weekend so the casino is flooded with hungry happy people!! Every restaurant has a wait time unless you made reservations! We often visit Tom's Urban and can't believe this is my first review!! Well the menu has a variety of food!! The vibe is lit to say the least!! Music Playlist always on point!! Plenty of big TV's, bar space and dining area to enjoy your night from all angles!!! We did place our name on list to be seated...wait time was 40 minutes to an hour. After about 10 minutes or so we realized we never recvd the text confirming our reservations. Upon returning to verify the phone number which she misunderstood and entered wrong. That was quickly rectified, we were accommodated quickly due to the error!! We ordered apps only!! Adobe chicken and braised short ribs nachos!!! Very tasty, large portion but we had to send them back due to short rib being cold. Our server gladly replaced them apologized and made us aware we were correct, burner was out on warmer for meat!! Once it was corrected nachos were great. Also ordered crispy calamari, too much breading and not enough calamari. With my hubby being Italian he was a bit critical ?! But they weren't the best we have had from a bar!!! I understand crispy but nahhhh!!! Tom's size long Island is a regular drink in a bigger glass, heavy on the ice???! Just order a regular size!!! Enjoy!!

I ate here twice while attending the Eastern Energy Expo at Mohegan Sun. I really liked the atmosphere... good music and good vibe. My chicken club was excellent. Captain and coke was nice and strong. This would be 5 stars if the service would have been a little better... little things like forgetting silverware, no napkins, and trying to find someone to take care of those issues. The old fashioned is a tad sweet for me. This place is still real good. I will be back.
